Texas heat got kicked into higher gear and do you feel the heat? Yes I do.
We have about two more months to enjoy this Texas heat so drink plenty of water, protect your skin, eyes and head, let’s enjoy it.
Last week, I experienced something that I never had before. Here is what happened.
I stay inside with Air Conditioning office for all day. Some of you may found that is cold in my office or nice and cool in the office. Last week, I had hard time keeping my body temperature warm and comfortable. It felt good to be outside and I did not use A/C in the car when I go home in the evening because I wanted to warm up. This never happens to me and I thought I was getting old…
However, I feel pretty normal this week and I found out why I had hard time keeping my body warm. (This is what I came up with)
1. I only went to work out (Crossfit www.crossfit.com) on Wednesday last week. I usually go five days a week. I did not sweat as much or having higher metabolism.
This week, I feel pretty well after working out yesterday and today.
So those of you have experienced the same symptom, exercise will help you to regulate body temperature. But when you exercise, make sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise. Also drinking warm green tea will help you to regulate body temperature and digestion.
At the end, I found out I am NOT getting old……yet.
My wife and son got back from Brazil on Sunday morning safely and it is nice to have them at home. My mother went back to Japan for a month and my mother-in-law is here until end of this month. That’s what is going on with Hasegawa family.
Have a great week!
If you are away from home, enjoy wherever you may be and have a safe trip b ack home .
If you know anyone who can benefit from my services, please send them my way.
I thank you for your support and referrals!
