Ice Cream 11/10/20

Good Tuesday afternoon healing team!

If this is your first time to receive an email, Welcome to T Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

My son had his second 9U baseball tournament past weekend. On Saturday before games, I ate grape blow pop. His team won two games and got the second seed out of twelve teams for Sunday bracket.

Guess what I did on Sunday morning before his game? Yes, I ate grape blow pop. Unfortunately, it did not work on Sunday. I should have tried a different flavor or maybe have ate two blow pops…

Anyways, all coaches out there whether you coach sports or at church, you guys are rock! Thank you for investing on future generations.

Hebrew 6:10
For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do.

I have been working on digesting this verse just over a month. Just like a blow pop, I try to get to a gum. Or like bahama rama mama, trying to get to vanilla ice cream.

I was not sure how it would look like working hard for Him, but I decided to work hard for Him, not for me, not for patients, not for my family but for Him.

I think I finally starting to taste vanilla ice cream.

If you physically feel good, it helps you to feel better emotionally and spiritually. I believe you are more likely to help others.

For now, working hard for Him is to help people physically get well for Him so whoever (YOU) physically well is ready to do the work God has been preparing for you.

Matthew 9:37
Then he (Jesus) said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”

There are a lot of work to be done. He is waiting for you to come out to the field. I am not sure what is your job on the field, but someone has to drive tractors, someone have to fix tractors, someone have to feed workers. Believe me, there are plenty of jobs available.

John 14:26
But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

Don’t worry about if you are dressed properly or qualify for His work. If you have the Holy Spirit in you, you are well equipped to use by Him.

1 Corinthians 10:31
So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

You do not have to have a clear picture of how it would look like working hard for Him, and I do not, but just start working hard for God. He will lead your steps.

Proverbs 20:24
The LORD directs our steps, so why try to understand everything along the way?

Have a great rest of your week!
