Good Tuesday afternoon healing team!
What a beautiful day yesterday. I hope you all enjoyed it.
You may stay inside today due to weather so here is my email.
I am sure a lot of you heard about “no pain no gain”, Back in eighteenth century, Benjamin Franklin quoted “There is no gain without pain”. Pain can be physical pain, emotional stress pain or spiritual pain or any other time you feel “pain”.
Do you agree with this quote?
My wife told me a few nights ago that pain made her stronger. I agree with her statement. I got stronger going through pain.
Here is a thing about Benjamin Franklin’s quote.
1. Sitting around and just feeling pain will not make you stronger. There is no gain without working your way through pain. You may struggle to go through it but at the end, you will gain a lot from it.
2. A direction is important. If a thunder storm is moving from west to east for 40 MPH and you are traveling throu gh this storm along I-30 west to east for 40 MPH, you are going to be in this storm for a long time.
When I hit a storm, I would like to get out of it as soon as I can and when I get out, I hope a storm is not chasing behind me, it is moving away from me.
Who is your guide? Who is going to show your pathway out of a thunder storm?
Psalm 119:105 “Your word a lamp for my feet, a light on my path”
Isaiah 42:16 “I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.”
Even I cannot see and I am not familiar with a path, HE will guide me. HE will light up the path so I can see and HE will also make it smooth. HE will not leave me.
Tomorrow is not guarantee for none of us. We hope we will wake up tomorrow and most of will. We can predict our f uture but, we do not know what is going to happen because we cannot see what lies ahead of us. So we are blind in that sense.
But, HE will guide you.
Will there be some thunder storms this afternoon? Who will guide you out of them if you get stuck in them?
Have a great week!
A great message about prediction from Steven Furtick
