Did you enjoy beautiful weather this weekend? I hope you all did as much as you can.
I had my son by myself for almost whole day on Saturday. I was bit nervous but I am glad that I did it. He is 19 months old and never stops. Kids around that age learn so quickly.
Weather is still like roller coaster ride this week. It is easy to get sick when season is changing. Here is one thing you can do to stay healthy.
Drink plenty of water. Immune system CANNOT work well if your body is dehydrated.
When it’s cold, we tend not to drink much water, and our body tends to be a side of dehydration. Then, when it gets warmer, you sweat and it causes more dehydration. But, we forget to drink water just because we have not been drinking much water during winter. Now the body is dehydrated and it is easy to catch cold.
Make sure to keep up with drinking water. Let’s try to drink 3/4 to a gallon o f water a day.
