Good Monday morning healing team!
It was nice to have much sunshine this weekend. It was humid but it was not 90s and humid.
I try to do my best to stay positive. But, it is easy for “insecurity” to sneak in to my positive attitude. Soon or later, I am in the negative side.
Last night, I was in bed around 9:30 and my wife was putting my son in bed. It was very nice to be in bed by 9:30 and feeling asleep. Then of course, my son had to make some dramas.
He was screaming and crying. My bedroom door was open so I can hear him loud and a cozy feeling in bed at 9:30 pm was gone and I was not happy. Usually, I have to make myself clear that I am not happy to my wife. BUT last night was different.
Yesterday at church, the message was “what women want”.
They were talking about what women want in this kind of situation. So, I stayed in bed, prayed what I need to say to her when my wife comes back to bed. Should I listen what she needs to say or should I talk to fix this issue now so it won’t happen again. (In reality, my son is 3 and this will happened again and again).
Good thing happened. As I prayed, I fell in sleep. She was feeling next to me when I woke up. (Gentlemen, Noise canceling headphone works!!, No, no, I am just kidding, I did not use that).
This Monday morning, here is an encouragement message for you
John 6 8-11
8 Then Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, spoke up. 9 “There’s a young boy here with five barley loaves and two fish. But what good is that with this huge crowd?”10 “Tell everyone to sit down,” Jesus said. So they all sat down on the grassy slopes. (The men alone numbered about 5,000.) 11 Then Jesus took the loaves, gave thanks to God, and distributed them to the people. Afterward he did the same with the fish. And they all ate as muc h as they wanted.
You may only have five loaves and two fish to feed 5000 men. But, bring them to God. He will multiply for you.
Five bread and two fish X GOD= feeding 5000 men and left overs.
Makes yourself available for God to work through you. Just what you have is enough for God. HE gave you enough and HE can use you.
You think you cannot, see what HE thinks. Bring it to HIM.
What is your answer for
You X God = up to you.
God can put as much as HE wants, but if you put nothing, answer is 0
(Side note, more you put in, answer gets bigger)
Have a great week!!
